Key inventor of the new encryption technology, 15 years of R&D in BASF. Outside of the R&D division at BASF, he spent 6 years in controlling, where he was assigned to innovation chain management to monitor the R&D project pipeline outcomes for BASF’s plastics business unit and where he was assigned to execute benchmarking projects in the engineering and maintenance division. Lothar holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
